2020, Pakuwon Optimistic Property Market Remains Passionate

Bisnis.com, SURABAYA - Property developer Pakuwon Group is confident in facing the 2020 economy with optimism and hopes that the new government continues to provide stimulus to the business world.
Pakuwon Marketing Director, Sutandi Purnomosidi said that currently the business world is indeed awaiting pro-business policies from the new government, so that some are waiting and seeing, but others continue to step on the gas.
"But we are sure our economy will be excited again, the growth is also better than now," he said when launching the exclusive tower apartment unit Bella, Wednesday (10/23/2019).
He said the optimism was based on the achievements obtained by the company amid the current sluggish economic conditions. For example, at the Pakuwon Group product exhibition event some time ago, the company was able to exceed the target.
"The sales target during the exhibition was Rp 200 billion, it has been exceeded maybe around Rp 203 billion. This means that the buyer has revived, investors are moving back," he said.
In fact, he continued, the Bella apartment project built on the East Coast mall in East Surabaya Pakuwon City has sold 350 units since pre-launching and launching.
"Sales in that amount exceeded our expectations at the time like now. We hope that with Bella's significant sales, we will soon determine a new project before the end of the year, whether in the west or east of Surabaya," he added.
Sutandi admitted that he is currently in the midst of a number of strategic projects at the end of the year until 2020. For example, the development of the Pakuwon Mall extension is planned to open in February 2020, and East Coast Mall 2 will open in April 2020.
"In November we will also open a Four Point hotel in Pakuwon Mall. So all our projects are rolling as expected, this is a sign that from the developer side it is optimistic about the upcoming market," he added.
