Property Issuer Optimistic Marketing Sales Next Year will be Better

KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA. Realization of pre-sales revenue, aka marketing sales, property companies declined this year. The reason is low purchasing power.
PT Intiland Development Tbk (DILD), for example, only posted 56% of the marketing sales target this year, which is Rp 2.5 trillion. Director of Intiland Development Archied Noto Pradono explained, the low achievement of marketing sales was due to low sales of high rise inventory.
In 2020, Summarecon is targeting to reach Rp 4.5 trillion in marketing sales. The target is adjusted to the decline in the benchmark interest rate that began to be felt next year.
PP Properti also believes that the realization of marketing sales next year can be better
