Encouraging Sales, CitraHarmoni Adds Facilities. There are Culinary, Samsat Keliling, to SIM Corne

SURYA.co.id | SIDOARJO - Housing developer CitraHarmoni continues to add facilities at Harmoni Food Festival (HFF). The addition of this facility could encourage increased sales of housing units that they are currently developing.
Associate Director of PT Ciputra Development Tbk, the parent of CitraHarmoni developer, Andy Soegihardjo, said the presence of public facilities in housing at this time, has become one of the reasons consumers in buying units in housing.
According to him, it was seen in the last two months sales of the trend continued to increase. This condition is expected to remain until the end of this year.


"The trend is good. Since the last two months it has gone up about 20 percent from the previous month. We are optimistic that conditions will last until the end of the year," Andy said when he saw the new facilities at CitraHarmoni.
CitraHarmoni's General Manager, Hartono Winarko, added that currently there are around 3,000 households (heads of households) who live in CitraHarmoni.
"So that facilities become a significant need. Therefore, we are committed to continue to add new facilities," added Hartono.
After the Harmoni Food Festival (HFF), it continues to add facilities that are not just a place to eat, drink and hang out, but also a playground and public facilities.
Additional facilities include an ATM Center, a mobile vehicle tax service from the East Java Dispenda which is present once a week, as well as a planned SIM Corner presence along with a test drive place for SIM applicants.
"We are sure, the more complete the facilities, the faster it will be to boost sales and at the same time increase the value of its properties. Moreover, we have just become a pilot project for drug-free housing in Sidoarjo," Hartono said.
As for housing unit products, CitraHarmoni's Marketing Manager, R Mayasari, explained that the company has prepared Velsen and Bergen type products in the Rotterdam 3 cluster.
"Because the type of houses that cost Rp. 600 million is quite a lot of demand. Of the 30 units that have been released now they are gone," Mayasari explained.
Mayasari admitted, currently the most desirable house is around 600-700 million rupiah.
"We will add 20 more units for the Velsen and Bergen types because the demand is quite large. We will also release a new type this month," Mayasari explained.
In 2019, CitraHarmoni is targeted to record sales of up to Rp 110 billion.
"The moderate target is optimistic that it can be achieved, given that the passion for property sales has begun to rise since June 2019," he concluded.
